At Spear Pickleball, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every paddle. Your satisfaction is part of our commitment to excellence.
SIGNATURE SPEAR WARRANTY
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the purchase of your paddle. The Signature Spear Warranty includes two comprehensive components to ensure your complete confidence.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Experience your Spear paddle with absolute confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us at hello@spearpickleball.com within 30 days of receiving your paddle. Upon approval and receipt of your returned paddle, we'll process your refund less a 20% restocking fee. The paddle must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
6-Month Qualified Replacement Program
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Spear paddle. For six months from your purchase date, we offer a qualified replacement program for paddles that experience structural issues during normal play. If your paddle exhibits damage from regular use or manufacturing defects, contact us at hello@spearpickleball.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Our team will evaluate each case individually to determine qualification for replacement. This program covers:
- Structural integrity issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Normal wear-related problems
The program does not cover:
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Cosmetic changes from regular play
- Modifications to the paddle
- Damage from accidents or impacts beyond normal play
Final determination of replacement qualification is at Spear Pickleball's sole discretion upon Spear's receipt of the paddle(s) under warranty. Approved replacements will be processed promptly to get you back on the court with minimal downtime.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable under both warranty components.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Each Spear paddle undergoes rigorous quality control. Please inspect your paddle upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@spearpickleball.com if you notice any defects or damage, or if you received an incorrect item. We'll promptly evaluate and address the issue.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee)
- Paddle must be in original condition with all packaging
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom-designed paddles
- Items purchased with any promotional discounts applied to the order
- Gift cards
- Sale items
EXCHANGE PROCESS
For the most efficient service, we recommend returning your current paddle (subject to restocking fee) and placing a new order for your desired item.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process your refund less the 20% restocking fee. Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank to process the refund. For refund status inquiries after this period, contact us at hello@spearpickleball.com.
Note: All returns must include original packaging and accessories to be eligible for refund.
